4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account or use our Service, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required before access to paid services
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) and do not store your payment information

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you can demonstrate that the service did not function as described. Contact us at infos@mindlaunch.me to request a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of MindLaunch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MindLaunch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at infos@mindlaunch.me. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MindLaunch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
